Frozen Treat Trays

frozen-treat-trays.jpg

Ever since Kenya could first start to hold things in his tiny little hands, one of his favorite treats was a popsicle. You can give kids the choice of all kinds of fun foods and I guarantee, if they hear the word "popsicle," it will be the treat they choose. Homemade popsicles are also great for parents because they are super easy to prepare, a fantastic way to get your kids to eat healthy, and, whenever a fruit is in season like mangoes, strawberries or even those bananas turning brown on your counter, an inexpensive dessert that only takes minutes to whip up.

I love these Kid Co Healthy Snack Frozen Treat Trays because they're the perfect portion size (approximately 2 oz for each pop), the handles are sized for little hands, and they're dishwasher safe, BPA and Phthalate free.

And popsicles know no season. I make them year round. Whether it's strawberr-wee in the summer or hawaiian popsicles in the winter, there's always a healthy dessert on a stick in our house!

    Hi,
    great blog.
We just got a juicer and are having a lot of fun with that. I will try some of your combos soon, too.
Found your site looking for organic no sugar added popsicle recipes.
Our juicer also purees. Do you puree the fruit or just juice it and freeze?
    Love your input.
    Thanks!

These trays are horrible. I've bought too many sets of this brand because they are readily available in super stores, and inevitably each set has fallen out of my overcrowded freezer and cracked/broken. Order another brand online or go to a specialty kitchen store!
