FOr the monday through friday meal plan ideas. I am a working mom, and just wanted some advice how to plan meals and cook them for the week. I have a hard time fitting cooking each meal in. Also the doctor told us that our 15month old needs more protein, so I am tryng to figure out how to add that in as well b/c she doens’t like the texture of meats, any suggestions?
thanks for any advice you may have
Brenda
For protein: cooked beans, almond butter on toast or on bread, tofu cubes, cheese cubes, cooked salmon or white fish, yogurt, cottage cheese.
