I couldn’t get my edamame very smooth. I wonder if maybe you cooked yours according to package directions before pureeing? Either that or you have a more powerful food processor! I let mine run on high for nearly ten minutes and it still tasted grainy. But the flavors are good. Also, I wonder … had I never tasted the TJ version of this (incredibly smooth!), would I even care?

Oh this sounds great. Trader Joe’s makes yummy edamame hummus, but alas we have no TJ’s in my town and prefer to make my hummus from scratch. I will definitely be giving this one a try. Thanks!
