I tried this – but my mandolin slicer doesn’t cut as thin. I baked mine for over an hour and they were still chewy – the ones that were crisp were the size of my pinkie fingernail. Not worth the work!
They will be fine for a couple of days but make sure they are in an air tight container because they might get soft the next day. Here in southern california, its a little humid so ours got soggy the next day.
I *love* this video. Yeah, the carrot chips are cool and I’ll definitely be trying them, but what really got me was how you interacted with him and let him be a huge part of the process. That’s just as important as the food you’re feeding him. <3
