Asparagus
Flour
Eggs
Panko/bread crumbs with italian herbs, salt, and garlic powder
Cooking spray
450 degrees 30-35 minutes
This is WAY healthier than the way I grew up eating them. Eath choke them down cooked or pur btter all over tem then berad crumbs
