    This is WAY healthier than the way I grew up eating them. Eath choke them down cooked or pur btter all over tem then berad crumbs :)

    Will love to try them!

      It says Monday it will be up. But here’s what I got out of it:
      Asparagus
      Flour
      Eggs
      Panko/bread crumbs with italian herbs, salt, and garlic powder

      Cooking spray

      450 degrees 30-35 minutes
