    this is perfect! i use fresh spinach in salads and smoothies, but there is always some that gets thrown away. this will be dinner tomorrow. Thanks! great idea!

    Hi Catherine — I’m so grateful that I stumbled upon this today. After making your black bean soup in a crock pot I had some leftover cilantro; so I mixed it up with some walnuts for a delicious pesto! Thanks for all the great recipes you provide. :)

    Yum! That looks so yummy, versatile and easy. Oh, and by the way, when you asked him his favorite P word, I was totally waiting for him to say poop. :) I have two boys…I know how their minds work. :)
