Zojirushi Electric Skillet Giveaway

October 6, 2011

Months ago I got a Zojirushi Electric Skillet. Many of my dinner memories as a kid were of coming into the kitchen after my mother screamed, "DINNER'S READY!" and finding something cooking in her electric skillet. I didn't really understand what the huge difference between the skillet and the pots and sauté pans in my kitchen until I started using it. It's changed my life in the kitchen. The Zojirushi Electric Skillet has a huge surface so I can make large quantities of food at one time and because of the non-stick surface, I barely need to use any extra oil or butter. I use it to make everything from Chicken Fajitas to Black Bean Cakes to Egg Pesto Melts plus much, much more!

The Gourmet d'Expert® Electric Skillet also has multiple uses with two cooking plates, a deep pan for making soup-type foods like sukiyaki and fondue, and a flat plate for sautéing and grilling. It also includes a steaming plate for steaming foods.

Zojirushi is offering 2 weelicious moms the chance to win this awesome (and I really mean it) electric skillet. To enter just tell me your favorite one pot meal that you make for dinner! Winners will be chosen at random. Good luck!

Definitely Sukiyaki! My sister-in-law taught me how to make it, and she had a great skillet like this that she used for it. I’ve wanted one ever since! Especially because my 4-year-old daughter LOVES Japanese food.
