    my youngest is 2, so i don't have a need for baby food anymore, so i just roasted the apple, sweet potato, and squash like you showed. it was a wonderful side with our dinner. thanks for another simple, healthy meal!

    Am I supposed to cover this with tin foil? I just made it as 425 for 45 minutes and it is burnt to a crisp.
