So Young Giveaway

January 26, 2012

Whenever I'm in a store that sells lunchware, I always mosey over to see what they have in stock. Inevitably, I am disappointed to find a host of the usual suspects: an array of flimsy plastic lunch boxes which smell strongly of, well, plastic and have cartoon characters splashed all over them. Now don't get me wrong, I love Hello Kitty and Bob the Builder as much as the next gal, but most of the lunch boxes you'll find in stores these days do not represent the healthiest way to pack your kids' lunch -- far from it. So, when my kids were given So Young lunch boxes for
Christmas last year, I was thrilled. So Young's lunch boxes are not only beautiful to look at, they're PVC-free, phthalate-free and lead safe with a coated linen exterior, a fully insulated lining and an adjustable carrying handle that a kid could sling over their shoulder or that you could even hang from a stroller. They're also easy to pack up whether
you're using them for school lunch or on-the-go snacks.

So Young is offering FIVE lucky weelicious moms the opportunity to win their Small Cooler Bag in the design of their choice. For a chance to win, just tell me what your favorite on-the-go snack is. Winners will be chosen at random and announced here next week. Submit your comments by Thursday, February 2nd at midnight to be entered! Good luck!

Congratulations to the five giveaway winners!

This was one of my favorites when my daughter was first beginning to eat. I would cut up tofu into small squares. Place a couple graham crackers in a baggie and crumble them to fine pieces. Throw the cubed tofu in the cracker crumbs to coat them. You have a protein packed sweet treat!
