    this is great! i knew how to cut the avocado, but didn’t think about adding the lemon to avoid discolouration.
    as a side question, can you grow an avocado tree from any avocado seed?

        On growing an avocado – I´ve just been researching this myself and although you can grow one from the pit, I have been told that they can take 7 years to fruit. But if you buy a small grafted tree from a nursery, you should have fruit much sooner.
