Now that we’re passed Thanksgiving, the holiday gift search is officially on! Finding the perfect edible holiday gift for teachers, friends, neighbors and others can be challenging when you’re trying to make something in bulk that’s super easy. Can I tell you how obsessed I am with this recipe!? From the second I started making these and giving them to friends (even friends of the kids) as gifts people were asking me to make them again.

Watch this Pumpkin Spiced Nuts and Seeds Video for all my quick and easy tips that makes them a fool proof pick every time. Just buy a ton of your favorite nuts and seeds in bulk (I get them at Trader Joes or our local bulk bin health food store) and make sheetfulls of these snacks. After they cool you can place them in these Ball jars and even put a special printed label on them. I’m going to be making 50 jars of them this year, so I promise they’re that easy (this coming from a mom of a newborn ;)

I promise you’ll never need another edible holiday gift recipe again because people will be begging you to make this one year after year!

This looks delicious, easy and healthy!! I’m looking for more savoury nut free healthy edible gifts since at this time of year, there tends to be more sweets around if you have any to share.

I made them on the weekend using raw almonds, cashews, pecans and pumpkin seeds. 10-min at 400 pre and post seasoning seemed to over-roast/burn them. I’m gonna try 8-min pre and post seasoning next time. Made my own pumpkin spice. My 20-month old loved the spiced pumpkin seeds.
