Carrot Orange Ginger Smoothie

- 1 orange
- 1 large carrot
- 1 inch piece Fresh Ginger, peeled
- 1 inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
- 2 dates
- 3 tablespoons kefir
- 2 teaspoons bee pollen
- 3 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1 1/4 cups milk (cow, almond, rice, etc)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- handful Ice
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
2. Pour into a tall glass, pop in a straw and you’re ready!
