I actually saw a really easy way to get pom seeds out on food network and its changed my life. The chef cut the pom in half, faced the flat side down in the cup of his hand over a bowl and used a wooden spoon to tap the round part of the pom which made all the seeds fly out so easily! This has definitely made me eat a lot more pom because before that I thought it was so much work! Also this way you don't lose the juice!
