* Pasta
* Brown rice
* Chicken (fresh or frozen)
* Frozen veggies (broccoli, edamame, peas, or stir fry mix)
* Organic Tofu
* Dried or canned Beans
* Parmesan cheese (I don't know many kids that don't love a little cheese sprinkled on their pasta, veggie or really anything savory!)
* Eggs (inexpensive and perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner)
* Oats (whether in a bowl or oatmeal or turned into a variety of weelicious desserts)
* Yogurt (high in protein and perfect for everything from a smoothie, to a parfait, with some lemon and herbs to make a dip or even on it's own)

    I just found your website and I like it a lot! I was reading earlier that you get a lot of mail from parents who struggle to get their children to eat fruit and veggies.
