Herbed Chicken in the Crock Pot Video

I know it’s hard to believe that you can make an entire chicken in your slow cooker, but with the most tender, juicy results it’s a total home run! I posted the recipe last week for this easy weeknight recipe and now I’m going to show you how to put it all together by just watching this short Herbed Chicken in the Crock Pot Video!

Don’t feel limited to using the herbs I’ve got in the recipe. You can also try herbs de Provence, oregano, thyme, rosemary, even cumin or zatar to switch things up. Serve it with a no-cook side dish like Asian Succotash, Greek Nachos or Heirloom Tomato Salad for a balanced meal that takes little to no effort to prepare with fantastic results!

I don't really cook. Raw chicken gives me the creeps. BUT - I think this is a game changer!! THANK YOU for the easy peasy recipe.

I have cooked whole chickens/hens in the slow cooker for years as in before you were born! Also you can cook the same as above with a frozen chicken or hen just add the spices and be sure to sprinkle paprika for color and it is perfect every time and I cooked for eight hours. ks

I just told my good friend about doing a herb roasted chicken in the slow cooker.. The key is placing it on balls of foiled or potatoes wrapped it foil so the chicken is not sitting in the fat but is still juicy. Love it!

I have done a whole chicken/veggies in my pampered chef dutch oven. Instead of heating up the house, it goes in the microwave. Layer veggies on the bottom chicken on top. You can save the juices and make homemade soup as well.

Just made this last night and it was delicious! My 21 month old daughter didn't want to eat any of her other dinner except for this chicken!
