Ginger Lemon Honey Tea is something we drink year round, but especially when we’re not feeling our best. I keep all three ingredients on hand year round just in case someone falls ill complaining and under the weather. This tea makes you feel better after one cup. It really is a miracle worker. The tea has such a sweet taste from the honey which also coats your throat twisted with the healing powers of the ginger and lemon.

A few years ago I learned that watercress was a natural decongestant and realized what a game changer this was when we have extra phlegm in our chests. It’s healing powers are kind of incredible and with a tangy lemon olive oil dressing it tastes delicious to boot.

It’s no at all fun feeling sick, but when you have natural cold remedies to boost your immunity it makes everything feel better!

  1. Bionorica USA offers Natural Sinupret cough and cold remedies for the whole family that are safe and clinically tested

  2. I am disappointed to see so many of your videos are partnerships with companies like Campbell’s. Used to really like your website, but feel it is now too commercial.

  3. I was disappointed to see that Campbell’s uses yeast extract in their soups. (Like so many other packaged soup brands.) It acts similar to MSG in the body, which kills brain cells among other things. Will have to pass on that, but love the other tips. Thanks Catherine!

  4. I’m disappointed to see a Campbell’s soup being promoted here. I get that it’s organic, and comes in a carton instead of a can, but still – almost 700 mg of sodium in one serving!!

When my littles are feeling under the weather, I would make your chicken noodle soup recipe ANY DAY over this stuff.
