I love the bright and tangy flavors of citrus during the winter. It feels like a bit of cheerful brightness during these cold and gloomy days. Bonus: the kids love to help peel the little Wonderful Halos because they are sweet, seedless and easy to peel, and they sneak a few slices!

I’m all about salads right now after the heavy foods of the holidays. This salad is packed with peppery arugula, crunchy pomegranate seeds, creamy avocados, and of course juicy tangy Halos.

Toss together all of these beautiful ingredients and top with your favorite salad dressing.
