  • 1/4 teaspoon matcha green tea powder
  • 1 small banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 large handful chopped chard
  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 handful ice
