Ingredients

  • 1/2 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced or finely chopped
  • 1/2 head white cabbage, thinly sliced or finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup pickled onions
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced or finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

1. In a large bowl, toss to combine the cabbages, onions, peppers and cilantro.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the vinegar and sugar. Pour over slaw and toss to coat.
