Banana Manna Roll Ups

These Banana Manna Roll Ups are a game changer for breakfast, as a snack and especially in a lunch box!Banana Manna Roll Ups from

As we head into the back to school lunch game it’s all about coming up with fun recipes you know your kids will love. I want my kids’ lunch box to have different shapes and textures, but also flavors in every compartment.

Not only do I have one way to make Banana Manna Roll Ups, but three! Let’s start with the most important part, the coconut manna. Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna is coconut butter made from pureed coconut flesh. It’s a delicious and nutritious addition to smoothies, sauces, cookies, brownies and especially as a sweet or savory spread. When it’s warmed it has a more liquid consistency, when cooler it’s super thick and creamy and the perfect spread for these Banana Manna Roll Ups.

My kids are obsessed with the Nutiva Squeezable Organic Coconut Manna which comes in chocolate, coconut and almond because it tastes unbelievably delicious. It comes in squeezable pouches which are simple for any age to use and trust me, as soon as I turn my head they’re squeezing it into their mouths. I love the Organic Coconut Manna because it only contains 1 gram of sugar per serving, it’s dairy free and 1% of sales go to regenerative agriculture.

The best part about these Banana Manna Roll Ups is that you can use a variety of wrappers to roll them up including homemade crepes, tortillas or bread that I roll out with a rolling pin to flatten before placing a banana inside and rolling it up into a cylinder. These little nuggets can be made by you or your kids any time of day and gobbled up.

If you’re looking for a nutritious sandwich spread for your kids lunch box this should be your new go-to.
