As we head into the back to school lunch game it’s all about coming up with fun recipes you know your kids will love. I want my kids’ lunch box to have different shapes and textures, but also flavors in every compartment.

Not only do I have one way to make Banana Manna Roll Ups, but three! Let’s start with the most important part, the coconut manna. Nutiva Organic Coconut Manna is coconut butter made from pureed coconut flesh. It’s a delicious and nutritious addition to smoothies, sauces, cookies, brownies and especially as a sweet or savory spread. Banana Manna Roll Ups

These only require 3 ingredients that you most likely have on hand and make a great addition to school lunch or after school snack.

  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 1/4 cup Nutiva Squeezable Organic Coconut Manna
  • 2 tortillas


  • Place one tortilla on a flat surface and spread 2 tbsp of Nutiva Squeezable Organic Coconut Manna on the tortilla to evenly coat.
  • Place one banana near the edge of the tortilla and roll it up.
  • Slice into 1/2 inch rounds and serve.
  • *If your tortilla bread is stiff, you can put it in the microwave in between two pieces of moist paper towel and heat for 15-20 seconds or until softened.
