  • 2 cups <a href=\"\">chicken fajitas</a>, (chicken & veggies) chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup pinto or <a href=\"\">black beans</a>, cooked
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked


1. Place the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Place 1/2 cup of rice in each bowl and top with 1/2 cup of the fajita mixture.
3. Serve.
