Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (recipe below!)

Preparation

1. Place the chicken in a crock pot and pour in the bbq sauce to coat well. 

2. Cook on low for 2 1/2 hours.

3. Save the juice from the bottom of the pot to make Shredded BBQ Chicken Sammies.
