Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt


1. Preheat the oven to 425F degrees. 

2. Place all the ingredients on a baking sheet and toss throughly to coat. 

3. Roast potatoes for 45 minutes or until fork tender and crisped.
