When I was a kid we did homework the old fashioned way… with pencil and paper. Never did I imagine that years later most of my kids homework would be completed on a computer, but as we all know the day is here. In many ways it’s much more efficient for kids and especially those who are visual learners. It’s also a great way to keep folders together and makes work at home that much more engaging.
When Intel sent me their new NUC mini PC I wasn’t so sure as I’m used to dragging my laptop around the house, but it’s become a game changer for us. The Intel NUC is a 4×4 inch powerful mini computer which is also super light and easy for the kids to move around the house and I can use it too when I’m working and recipe testing.
The best part is when I tell the kids to do their homework I get more flexibility and willingness which is the best part of all!
