Chloe had a Valentine’s play date with her friends recently and I wanted to make them something extra special to eat. The World’s Greatest Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich is already such a beloved recipe in our house that I decided to marry that concept with another special sandwich that I came up with last year for Valentine’s Day. The result? Waffle Heart Sandwiches.

Smooth cream cheese, fresh raspberries, a touch of honey, and just a few minutes in the waffle iron make this sandwich something my kids can’t get enough of. It’s an extra special treat anyone you love, especially when you cut it into a big fat heart!
