This is a guest post from Amanda Chantal Bacon, Founder of Moon Juice.
Monster Milk is fun kid stuff. My 4 year old Rohan and his friends love to join in the making of a monster from the moon. Having kids scoop the chia seeds into water and stir them as they bloom. Checking on them with curious poking fingers is a great science experiment. Then letting kids pour the monster bumps into the green solution and wiggle around with a straw and feel in their mouth is so much fun. Especially fun for moms to be able to watch kids giggle with delight as they are drinking green juice and loading up on plant protein, good fats and omegas for their brain.

There isn’t a link within the post that I can see…I’ve tried a couple different browsers.
Anything will work, but may favorite is the Goodness Greens. 🙂
Which green juice of hers do you like for this? Seems like there a few to choose from!!
There doesn’t seem to be a link to green juice. Help?
I’m curious how long the bloomed chia seeds will keep in the fridge. Can you bloom a larger batch and then use throughout the week?
Right, that is the product which Amanda makes and sells. 🙂
O.K. I clicked on ‘Moon Juice’ but all I find is products to buy, not to make green juice.
Click on the link within the post! Its a juice Amanda makes. 🙂
Wondering what is green juice? Do you make it?
