  1. I soaked some in yogurt overnight, then put in the food processor in the morning. Thinned it out some with formula and my 12 month old loves it!

  2. Any suggestions for something crunchy other than nuts? I guess sunflower seeds; anything else? We have a nut allergy in the family.

  3. Looking forward to trying this! One question, I always heard that the husk on flax seeds is so tough that it cannot be broken down during digestion so the only way to get the nutrients from it is grind it. But ground flax does not keep long once it is ground. I usually keep the whole seeds in the freezer and grind a small portion at a time, like a week worth, and keep that in the freezer also. Thoughts?

  4. Does anyone know if the apple mixture will turn brown if left in the fridge over night?
