Ingredients

  • 2 Cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 Cup wheat germ
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Dates, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Almonds or Walnuts, slivered or chopped
  • 2 Tbsp flax seeds

Preparation

1. Place all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
2. Store in an air-tight container until ready for use.
