How I Relieve Stress and Get Better Sleep

Let's face it: life can be a lot sometimes. I know for me, having three kids, a husband, a dog and tons of summer plans coming up now that we can get out and about, I have to be extra aware of taking care of myself and making sure I keep the stress that can come up at bay.


For me, having a routine has been a huge help. I start every day by waking up early and going on a hike with our sweet dog Cosmo.
