Skillet Mexican Brownie (Serves 2)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (1/2 stick), melted
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, chunks or dye free chocolate candies
- ice cream for serving
Preparation
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. In a medium bowl whisk the butter, sugar, cocoa powder, cinnamon, vanilla and salt.
3. Whisk in the eggs, one at a time, until mixture is silky.
4. Stir in flour until combined and stir in chocolate chips or chocolate candies.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased 6 or 7 inch cast iron skillet and bake for 22-25 minutes or until the center is set and slightly puffed.
6. Top with ice cream and enjoy.
