Sweet Potato Dippers (8)

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 sweet potatoes


1. Preheat the oven to 400F degrees.

2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey and cinnamon, cover and refrigerate.

3. Poke several holes in the sides of the sweet potatoes, place on a baking sheet lined with foil and bake for 1 hour.

4. Slice the potatoes in half lengthwise.

5. Serve with Cinnamon Honey Yogurt Dip.

Note: You can use ground cinnamon in place of the pumpkin pie spice.
