Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Preparation

1. Grind the oats in a food processor or blender until finely ground.

2. In a bowl, mix together the oats, turkey, egg, garlic powder, onion powder and salt until thoroughly combined.

3. Divide the mixture into 8 equal pieces and form into patties.

4. Heat the oil in a sauté pan over medium heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side.
