  • 1 avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 frozen sliced banana
  • 1 handful big handful kale or spinach (about 1 loose cup)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons bee pollen
  • 1 1/4 cups milk of choice
