One of Kenya’s favorite snacks are these Brown Rice Crisp-Wee Treats. We love making them when all of Kenya’s friends come over. They have a blast making them. And not only are they delicious, but they’re also nutritious, which is a rarity when it comes to sweet snacks!

  1. I have read it and have talked to a bunch of doctors and nutritionists. We all agree that when it comes to sweeteners it’s all about moderation and balance! There is a counsel for everything. For every product on the market there is an organization to figure out what’s bad about it. Moderation, moderation, moderation!

  2. Great idea! You might get in trouble though bringing these out to share becuase of the nuts…so many places are nut free BUT we use sunbutter and pumpkin butter which are a lot safer…I bet this recipe would be great using both of these instead of the nut butter! 🙂
