Did I mention I have a book coming out in less then two weeks? It’s my first one! With all of the fun, exciting and nerve-racking things I’ve been doing to get ready for the release, I also created a video.

Now you might think putting something like this together would be pretty easy (I certainly did), sort of like a home movie with a little information thrown in. However, trying to pack everything I wanted to say about the book I’ve spent 3 years writing into just 79 seconds, proved quite a challenge. Anyway, I worked hard on it and am really proud of how it came out.
I hope you can find a couple of minutes to watch and maybe even tell me what you think about it. Hopefully it will give you a taste of just how passionate I am about this cookbook and making kids great eaters from day one while making a moms life in the kitchen easier. Weelicious: One Family. One Meal. is full of beautiful color photos, tips and tools, lists of pantry staples, and more than 140 recipes. The best part is that it will be available online and in book stores everywhere on September 18th (or waiting for you in your mailbox if you pre-order now!).

My husband and I want to wait a few more years before starting a family, but you’re already inspiring me to want to cook exactly like this whenever our little ones come along! I love food and I want my kids to love it too!! You make it look so easy and fun and I only hope that I can do the same thing in the future. You’ve made cooking and food an important part of your family’s everyday life and it’s obvious that your kids will grow up to respect food and continue on the path that you’ve taught them! Thanks!
