Sugar Snap Pea and Asparagus Saute

Ingredients  

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups sugar snap peas
  • 1 bunch asparagus, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • zest and juice from 1 small lemon

Instructions 

  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sugar snap peas and asparagus and sauté until tender, but still crisp, about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Sprinkle with the lemon zest and juice, toss to coat, and serve.
