Breakfast Couscous

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup milk (any type works)
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions 

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the water, milk, and salt and bring to a boil.
  • Stir in the couscous, dates, and cinnamon. Cover and turn off heat and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Serve.
