Chicken Fajita Rice Bowl

Ingredients  

  • 2 cups chicken fajitas, (chicken & veggies) chopped into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup pinto or black beans, cooked
  • 1 cup Mexican Cheese Blend, shredded
  • 2 cups brown rice, cooked

Instructions 

  • Place the first 3 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  • Place 1/2 cup of rice in each bowl and top with 1/2 cup of the fajita mixture.
  • Serve.
