Instructions 

  • Place all the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
  • Spread on toast points, crackers, or on a sandwich and serve.

Notes

Storage: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 7-10 days. Drizzle a thin layer of olive oil on top to help prevent oxidation. 
Freeze: In an airtight container or ice cube trays (covered) for up to three months.
