Bagel Pesto Panini

Ingredients  

  • 4 Mini Bagels
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella, shredded
  • 4 Tsp pesto

Instructions 

  • Cut bagels in half.
  • Spread 1 teaspoon of pesto on one half and top with 1 tbsp of cheese.
  • Top with remaining bagel half and put in a panini press for 1 minute or if you don’t have a panini press, place in a dry skillet and press down with a spatula until it forms a ‘panini’ and is heated through.
  • Serve.
