Pisco Sour

I was taught this Pisco Sour recipe at the Sanctuary Lodge in Peru and have made it so many time for friends since returning to the states!

Ingredients  

  • 3 ounces PISCO
  • splash bitters
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions 

  • Place in a shaker and work your magic!
