Muesli Smoothie

Ingredients  

  • 1 Cup Milk (Rice, Almond, Soy or Cow’s Milk are my favorites)
  • 1 banana
  • 1/3 Cup plain yogurt (I use greek yogurt)
  • 1 Cup mango, chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Muesli

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Serve.
