Air Fryer Baby Potatoes:

pound
baby potatoes
halved
▢
2
tablespoons
olive oil
▢
1 1/2
teaspoons
Lawry’s or other favorite seasoning blend
Creamy Garlic Dip:
▢
1/3
cup
sour cream
▢
1/3
cup
mayonnaise
▢
1
tablespoon
lemon juice
▢
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
▢
1
tablespoon
fresh chives
Instructions
Place first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine.
Heat air fryer to 400°F and cook potatoes 22-25 minutes or until tender inside and golden outside.
While the potatoes are cooking, place the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine to make the dip.
Serve potatoes with creamy garlic dip.
