Pizza Stuffed Potatoes

Who doesn't love pizza and baked potatoes? When combined, they create a mouth-watering dish that is both easy to make and delicious - Pizza Stuffed Potatoes!

Ingredients  

  • 4 russet potatoes washed and fork holes poked in each end
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Optional toppings: mini pepperonis, olives, peppers, mushrooms, basil, cooked sausage

Instructions 

  • Baked potatoes at 400°F for 1 hour.
  • Remove potatoes from the oven. Cut down the center and mash potatoes with a fork. Divide sauce, cheese and toppings evenly among the potatoes.
  • Put potatoes back in the oven for 5 minutes until melted through.
