Prosciutto or Ham, cut into small pieces

Gruyere Cheese, shredded
Instructions
Heat the butter in a saute pan over medium heat and cook the spinach and salt for 2 minutes or until wilted.
In a bowl whisk the eggs and milk until combined.
Add the eggs to the spinach and cook for 2 minutes or until just beginning to set.
Add the prosciutto or ham and the cheese to the eggs and cook for an additional minute.
Serve.
