Ingredients

chopped carrots
▢

1/2 cups
cauliflower florets
Instructions
Wash the vegetables and put them in a steamer basket over boiling water.
Steam for 6 minutes or until fork tender.
In a food processor, puree using some of the cooking water to thin to desired consistency.
For more flavor add 1/4 teaspoon of any of the spices listed.
Cool and serve.
To Freeze: Place in
Baby Cubes
and freeze for up to 3 months.
