Ingredients  

  • 1 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon tahini (don’t use this if your baby is under 12 months)
