Ingredients

Chicken
Breast, boneless and skinless

Cup
cauliflower
▢

Cup
Corn, fresh cut off the cob or frozen
Instructions
Place the chicken in a steamer pot over boiling water for 4 minutes.
Add the cauliflower to the pot and cook for 2 more minutes.
Add the corn and continue to cook for 2 minutes or until all the ingredients are cooked through and fork tender.
Place ingredients in a food processor and puree. You may need to add some of the water from the pot to make smooth.
Cool and serve.
