Ingredients  

  • Shrimp & Hearts of Palm Ceviche
  • ​​Big Kid Guacamole
  • Kiddie Salsa
  • DIY Baked Taquitos
  • Pressure Cooker Beans​
  • Nacho Cheese Dip​
  • Jicama with lime juice and paprika
  • Avocados
  • Mini Bell Peppers
  • Corn on the Cob
  • Sour Cream
  • shredded cheese
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Inka Corn
  • Sesame Seed Almonds

Instructions 

  • Arrange the large items first to anchor the platter. 
  • Chop the fruits and veggies into bite sized pieces and arrange decoratively around the board along with the remaining ingredients.
  • Contrast is key. Try to place dark foods next to light foods to add variety.
