Optional Additions:

  • 1 serving collagen peptides or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia or hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon bee pollen
  • 1 date or honey to sweeten

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
